Trust Management Services Awards Friends of Santiam Pass Ski Lodge $15,000 for Chimney and Fundation Repairs.

For the second time, Trust Management Services has awarded Friend of Santiam Pass Ski Lodge funding for restoration work on the lodge. Their funding will help pay for repairs presently taking place on the chimney, foundation and window sills. Past funding in 2024 from TMS helped pay for construction work on the ground floor, and the purchase of a Laguna Superbrush. This amazing machine cleans the lodge’s paneling preparing if for reinstallation. It will be used to prepare all of the lodge’s woodwork, and is an extremely valuable piece of equipment in the work process. The present funding, as the picture to the right shows, will repair the structure of chimney and fix several leaks. We are so grateful to have Trust Management Services as part of the restoration team!
